Additives

Concrete adhesive compositions may be different depending on the type of adhesive and different applications. These compounds are usually used to improve the performance of concrete adhesive, increase its strength and durability, and also adapt to environmental conditions.
Cement: One of the most important compounds used in concrete adhesive is Portland cement, which serves as the main substrate and material that, after mixing with water, provides the connection between concrete parts in a sticky and cohesive manner.
Water: Water is an important factor for cement activation and adhesion formation. This compound is added to the cement in a certain amount to start the drying process and the formation of adhesive connections.
Polymer materials: Some concrete adhesives contain polymer materials such as epoxy or polyvinyl acetate (PVA). These polymer materials increase the adhesion strength, resistance to pressure and temperature, and better mechanical properties in concrete adhesive.
Additives: Some other items such as reinforcing materials, heat reducing materials or lubricants may also be added to the concrete adhesive to create special properties in this adhesive. These additives are used depending on specific needs.
